TEMA is presently working on training volunteers and implementing a mobile crisis unit to bring help to individuals before and during crisis so to decrease the time between needing help and actually getting help. Keep checking back for more information.

Surviving Christmas is a 4 week program that covers topics such as: The Hustle & Bustle: Balancing Christmas on a budget; When Christmas Isn't So Merry: Grief, Loss & Loneliness; I Can't See The Forest Through The Trees: Managing Mental Illness, Anxiety, Suicidal Thoughts and Addiction; Wake Me Up When December Ends: Finding Joy When You Feel Joyless; And This Year I ... Will: Holiday Survival Plan.
